If you register on our website, you'll always be the first to know about our upcoming activities. All announcements of concerts which the Brasschaats Mandoline-Orchestra will be (partly) performing, will be coming directly into your mailbox with our electronic newsletters! On top of that, you'll be able to edit your data online yourself or stop the service anytime. This service is free of charge and your data will be managed as stated by the laws on privacy.

 Click at the right top on 'register'.

A new screen will open, in which you can enter the necessary data.

Fill in all the required fields (user name, first name, last name, display name, email address and twice the password you would like to use). Registration on this site is controlled by the website administrator. As soon as the permission has been given, you'll receive a mail on the email address you've given up.From then onwards, you'll be registere in our system and receive our electronic newsletters.

 Depending on which security rights your user is granted, you might see some extra pages and functionality on the website when logging in. For the common user this is (at the present time) not available - their user is only maintained to provide them with the electronic newsletter. But even for such a common user this tutorial might be useful to read, as anyone needs to log in onto the site before you can edit your data or stop the service of the newsletters (see below).

When you like to log in, click at the right top on 'log in'.

Fill in your username and password in the new page that will appear and click on 'Login'.

After you've filled in your username and password, if it's the first time you're logging in, the system will request a verification code. This code is sent to your e-mail address (configured in your user's profile when created) so you will need to pick up the code from your e-mail inbox. You will only need to fill in the verification code once (upon first login).

Next you will be logged in (after checking user name and password). Your user name will appear at the right top of the page (see example with 'Tryout user').

Forgot password

If you've forgotten your password, you can easily solve this yourself. Click as normally on 'Log in'.

On the page with log in data, you need to fill in your user name without the password. Next you need to click on 'Forgot password'.

The system will now automatically send an email (on the address linked to your user name when you registered), with a new password. Once you're logged in again with this new password, you may change the password again - see change password).

Forgot user name

If you've forgotten your user name, please contact the website administrator. He will normally try to find your username based on your email address (so if possible send from the same address you used when registering) or any further data you will reveal. Also please don't forget to mention your name or any details that might help finding back your user name by the web admin.

Log in to the website with you user name and password (click on Login at the right top of the page). (If you've forgotten one or both of these, please check the section on Forgot user name or password above.)

Once you're logged in successfully, your user name will automatically be displayed at the right top. If you want to edit your user's data (for example: email address, password, etc.), please click on this user name (in the example 'Tryout user').

Next, a page will appear with all your user's data in fields where you can edit them.

If you want to change your email address, you can do that on this page. Click on 'Update'. If you want to change your password, click on 'Manage password' and fill in the old password once and the new password twice. 'Manage Profile' determines extra data and which data will be visible. 'Manage services' helps in pointing out which services you've subscribed to.

If you want to erase yourself from the system, please click on 'UnRegister'. Your user will be deleted immediately. (Note: please take into account that backups and other media will keep your user's data for a longer while and that it might take some more time before every trace of your user has disappeared.)
